Ashleigh Smith is the Vice President and Co-Founder of Welcome Ministries and the Co-CEO of Jet Stream Academy, where she leads academics and programming. She serves alongside her husband, Andy, to whom she has been married for nearly a decade, and together they are devoted parents passionate about faith, family, and service.

An educator and mother at heart, Ashleigh is committed to helping children and families develop an authentic relationship with Jesus. She leads the Children’s Bible Study at Welcome Ministries and facilitates Spiritual and Leadership Development training for the ministry’s executive staff.

Although Ashleigh has walked with Christ from a young age, the COVID pandemic marked a season of full surrender that reignited her passion for discipleship. Today, she mentors emerging leaders, coaches parents, teaches the Word, and builds community through collaborative service for the advancement of God’s Kingdom.

Outside of ministry, Ashleigh and her family enjoy traveling and creating meaningful adventures together.
